I was tasked with finding a solution to a problem I found bothersome. I realized I wanted to find a solution to wet park benches when it rains on Stanford’s campus. I designed and built a bench with a moveable seat that allows the user to sit on the dry side. This demo above depicts the bench’s functionality in action.
